All our rides are entrusted to a certified and licensed chauffeur-driven car.

We ensure that all authorizations are in order to guarantee maximum safety and quality.

Payment is automatically charged at the end of the trip, once you reach your destination.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge:

• before a driver accepts your request

• or within 24 hours of departure.

After these deadlines, no refunds are given.

Booking your trip is simple and takes just a few steps:

• Enter your departure point and destination

• Choose the date and time

• Select the vehicle that best suits your needs

• Submit your request and choose your payment method

Your request will be forwarded to available drivers: you'll receive confirmation as soon as one of them accepts the trip.

Once confirmed, show up at the agreed-upon location and time.

Each reservation includes a free waiting time, which varies depending on the departure point:

• Airports: 45 minutes

• Train stations: 20 minutes

• Hotels: 15 minutes

• Other locations: 15 minutes

After the expected waiting time, the driver may no longer be available or additional charges may apply.

No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

To ensure the best possible service, we recommend arriving promptly at the agreed-upon time.

To ensure the quality and safety of the journey, drivers have the right to refuse passengers who do not comply with the rules of appropriate conduct.
